Kristina Lopez

Position title: Postdoc

Kristina Lopez is a postdoctoral research associate researching adulticide efficacy for West Nile virus vectors, large area tick control, novel chemistries for adult mosquito control, and larval and adult mosquito insecticide resistance. She is stationed with the North Shore Mosquito Abatement District and the Northwest Mosquito Abatement District in the Chicago area. Kristina graduated with a PhD in entomology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2023.
